Your safari adventure begins with a chartered flight from OR Tambo International Airport directly into the Kruger wilderness, Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the warm staff and shown to your tented accommodation. The afternoon is yours to settle in, unwind after your journey, and perhaps catch a glimpse of wildlife near the camp. Enjoy a delicious dinner in the boma, under a blanket of stars, as you anticipate the adventures ahead.
Your days start with an early wake-up call between 05:00 and 06:00—an early rise, but well worth it for the adventure that awaits. Enjoy a light breakfast of coffee and rusks in the dining room before departing on your morning safari at around 06:00. Guided by experienced trackers, you’ll set out to witness the magic of the bush in the golden morning light. At around 07:30, a coffee break in the middle of the reserve provides a moment to soak in the serenity of the wild. Return to camp by10:00 for a hearty breakfast/brunch, then relax at the pool or in the lounge, letting the morning’s sights sink in.
After a leisurely morning and lunch at 14:30, get ready for an afternoon safari that departs at around 16:00. These afternoon drives are an ideal opportunity to see the animals as they become active in the cooler part of the day. You’ll stop for a sundowner at a scenic spot, enjoying the breathtaking African sunset before heading back to camp.
Arrive back at camp in the evening. Freshen up, relax by the fire, and share stories with fellow guests. Dinner is then served, offering a chance to savor delicious local dishes as the sounds of the African night envelop the camp.
On your last morning, there’s time for one final early game drive, ensuring you have a chance to capture those last precious moments in the wild. After breakfast, it’s time to say farewell to the camp. You’ll be transferred back to the bush airstrip for your return chartered flight back to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.
