Known for its extraordinary wildlife, Sabi Sand offers some of the best opportunities for game viewing in the Greater Kruger.
Each morning, you’ll rise early for an exhilarating game drive, exploring the reserve in the soft morning light as the bush comes alive. After a hearty breakfast, there’s time to relax, take a dip in the pool, or join an optional bush walk to get up close with the smaller wonders of the bush. In the late afternoons, you’ll set out again for an evening game drive, watching as the animals become more active and the sun sets over the horizon. Evenings are spent enjoying dinner under the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.
After a final morning game drive in Sabi Sand, it’s time to transfer to Klaserie Private Nature Reserve for your next three nights at nThambo Tree Camp. Here, your elevated treehouse-style chalet offers a unique vantage point of the bush at tree level.
In Klaserie, game drives provide a more intimate experience, with fewer vehicles and a serene atmosphere. The morning and afternoon drives uncover the secrets of this unspoiled part of Kruger, guided by experts who share their deep knowledge of the ecosystem.
